I don't guess at anything...an exercise in futility... a coin toss at best...Factually there are 1436 hospitals in the Philippines in total...476 government-owned and administrated and the balance is privately held...and they would ALL want something that works...but $$$$money dictates...so it becomes a battle between their patient population and the Money...keeping them alive works for revenue flow. Dead... that money goes in a different direction...That's why I don't hazard a guess...it's left to one of the frailties of mankind...it's called greed.
