With the description Nader used. I believe he said, they were negotiating a purchase order.
I don’t see a “negotiation” with each and every hospital. I see it as a government purchase. If the government limits to a certain amount of hospitals we won’t know until they put out a PR on it. I would think if the Philippines FDA approved a 100 doses per hospital with no PR about how many hospitals. Logically you would think that hospitals that have ICU’s would be the hospitals it would be approved for critical patients.
That’s my interpretation reading between the lines. But heck, I have been wrong before and who knows... it could be a total of only 3 hospitals. That’s why we play the guessing game to understand expectations of everyone. Of coarse my expectations are government purchase and substantial. That’s just me!
