well said. i'm in for 5 years and would take a buyout for a lower number than some on the board have suggested. partly because of the long journey, partly because i'm ready to move on and spend less time worrying about this, and partly because after watching things over the past 5 years, the thought of this company jumping through all of the hoops to grow into a mid or large pharma on its own is daunting to me.

for me, if MRK, JNJ, etc. came in and paid $40-50 a share, i'd be gone before you could blink i realize others want much more, and that's understandable - that's just me.

but, at the end of the day, i think our results will eventually win the day - so i'm not going anywhere (well, unless i die before we get an approval that is).....
