IMO, many investors would be "relieved" if a partnership occurred. It's been an extremely long and painful journey, with still no revenue and no approvals while competitors (BP) develop drugs. The lingering possibility (probability?) of FDA corruption keeps the possibility alive of never getting any approvals from the FDA. So presently we hope for the Philippines or India or ? to approve, yet might our FDA's arm of influence stretch out to hindering them also from approving? (most folks say no). Weeks and months just go on and on with no revenue, no approvals. Trials miss Primary Endpoints (yes poor trial design) but provide hope after scrutiny of data and then it's wait wait and get more data and run more trials. Yes, I'm down a big percentage, still long and waiting.
I'm expecting great resutls from the Philippines, these results are overdue, but IMO, will come and truly "should" spark demand. Yet is like we have become accustomed to being punched and knocked down, and we continue to get up for more of the fight.
It is truly way beyond sad that so many continue to die when LL is known to be able to save lives, as nations like India and Brazil are seeing their citizens slaughtered by the virus.
