Assiduous- thank you for the response. let me state again that I believe the employees should be generously rewarded. However I think it was at a bad time and a bad sign. Reminds me of when vaxart management cashed in on warp speed news. Stockholders fled. Stock took a 50% hit. Now they bombed in trials - another big hit. Hope we do not follow their example.
Once again, thanks for the answer to a question I have been asking people since bonuses were announced- yes including management. But it raises further questions.
1. Are these 6 million in shares subject to a lockdown period? I would feel better if they were .
2. What percentage of these shares have already been traded? Are they now part of those churning MM shares that are manipulating our pps?
3. Were any of those ngio shares? If they were that would have been an encouraging sign.
4. How was the 1 million in cash generated? Sale of more shares?
5. To whom was the million in cash distributed? People on this board say Joe is working for free. But I recall bonuses at least past two years.
I persisted in my question on the bonuses because I felt it added to our dilution and sent a negative message at a time when our pps was getting battered. I felt it was a time for delayed gratification not reward. The management hopefully will do well enough with the ipo. So, as I have said many many times. Give us the IPO as promised or tell us why not- without all the quiet time bs. Joe has said NASDAQ puts MM’s in our rear view. Then do it already.
