During the three months ended October 31, 2020, the Company awarded executives and employees bonus compensation of $7,005,416 to be paid in approximately $1 million in cash and $6 million in stock. The cash portion is to be paid out before December 31, 2020 and the stock portion is expected to be issued by January 31, 2021.”
The outstanding share increase we saw this year (2021) was probably was the $6 million stock value award. We get to buy GNBT shares on the cheap, why shouldn’t the people who actually work there not get as many shares for their dollar like we can. Would you like it if your employer held off giving you your stock bonus until you only got ½ share per dollar instead of 4 shares per dollar?
