That valuation and $3.00 will get you a ride on the NYC subway. Have you seen the appraisal or are you taking Joes word for it. If that is accurate then what is the hold up, According to Joe the valuation was the last piece of the puzzle. Why won’t the SEC approve our S1s. Even the deep dive excuse is months in the past.
