The Delaware filing was March 25. Any ruling in DGF/Kugelman's favor will result in a stop to the Israel proceeding.
Then Kugelman can proceed with his operational analysis and recommendations.
If the articles of incorporation haven't been changed and we know they haven't been, then any moves by DGF are not valid.
Phenix knows this but refuses to acknowledge it as he knows this would prove he's dead wrong about his moronic assertions about the Chancery court of Delaware and Kugelman.
The measure of a person's credibility lies not only in being correct but also in having the humility to admit when they are wrong.
No such humility rests inside of the turd that is Phenixbleu.
