A source in Israel has provided the following information.
"Hey guys,
Got some news today! I asked for two things – If there was a new insolvency and if there was a change of directors. He said….
(1) The company filed a new insolvency proceeding and the new hearing will be 7/5/2021.
(2) The director change request was denied by the company’s authority on 4/5/2021 as of right now.
Turner is still in control and we are still rockin’!
