AmpliTech Group (NASDAQ: AMPG, AMPGW), a designer, developer and manufacturer of custom and standard state-of-the-art RF (“RF”) components for commercial, SATCOM, 5G, quantum computing, space, defense and military markets, has closed on its registered direct offering. The offering comprised 2,715,000 shares of common stock priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. In addition to its common stock, the company also issued warrants enabling investors to purchase up to 1,900,500 additional shares of common stock at $8.48 per share with a five-year term in a concurrent private placement. The announcement noted that gross proceeds from the direct offering totaled approximately $23 million before deducting typical fees and expenses. “With this financing, we are now in a better position to support our larger customers and provide them with the necessary support and services to maintain and increase their business and confidence,” said AmpliTech CEO Fawad Maqbool.
