Don't feel sorry for DGF..if Kirkland wasn't such an idiot he could have easily pocketed a few more million dollars in addition to his initial loan of 5 million which he admitted a year ago to Jeffrey Low that he had already recouped......but that wasn't good enough for him...
Now he will get nothing.....
As far as OWC shareholders.....if Michael Feldenkrais acquires the empty US shell with the 15k + shareholders in it..this is a powerful asset for him and his newco....
And MF is very interested....very interested!
There's also a deep relationship going back more than 6 years between MF and ZT..don't discount the value of that and future agreements and JV's...it's all possible.
So that is where OW shareholders can potentially end up....
Don't forget that OWCP was initially another company Dynamic....and that shell was purchased and became OWCP....back in 2013-2014.
Shells typically sell for between 300-500K..and a shell with 15k shareholders can be very useful...so some other entity could also scoop the US OW shell up at anytime once this is put to sleep...and it's very close to that point IMO.
Currently Kirkland(DGF) has not indicated he will sell the shell...but once he realizes he has no where else to go and perpetrate his scam...he will release the shell and walk away....
If there's any logic left in this man's head...which I seriously doubt...that is what he'll do.....He has made mistake after mistake in his mishandling of Ziv and OW.
