As promised I will share a few thoughts & DD that I feel will tie up some loose ends.

Obviously the parallels between NeoMedia & Neom (Saudis) are plentiful. Just perusing the forum & threads can lead you to a probable involvement.

The group has found many correlations & have been able through certain contacts that the domain name was sold to the Saudis. Zoom info and glass door (read 3 reviews) and various other sites have links that connect NeoMedia top NEOM employees.

Need to sign up

Further information is still needed to verify the connection.

The easiest explanation is that the NEOM shell has the project name of the Saudis. It wouldn't make any sense that they wouldn't want to protect the rights of the next generation city. Also clear investment vehicle right here in the USA.

However why the Saudis want a barcode company with 43M in debt?

Next would be the NeoMedia technologies webpage Www.Qode.com leading you directly to neom.com project website. Could this be an accident? I would assume that the link could easily be deactivated especially considering that the site is currently up to date.

I feel what ties everything together is the formal announcement of the NEOM joint stock company by the Saudis public investment fund & the YA Global investment hedge fund sec filing.

What I did was start at the basics. What is the definition of a joint stock company? Well I looked at many websites. Taking information from multiple sites I was able to find multiple parallels in the YA Global sec document and a joint stock company model.

A joint stock company has to have a minimum of 7 individual investors with equal amount of equity. In the YA Global form 4 there are 50 individual investors. Regarding this investor count I was able to find that the maximum number of members in a private joint stock company is 50. Now the parallels do not stop there. Each imo hold the same amount of equity. These are accredited investors with 5M+ net worths who are not subject to certain disclosures.

The main advantage of a joint stock company is the potential to access substantial sums of money that can be used to invest in the business.

Shareholder members are limited to a total of 50.

As with the 3/10/2021 filing it has been amended to 50 investors. Each amended filing prior has less investors. 3/11/2020 there are 40 investors & on 3/14/2019 there are 33. Continues to decrease year over year.

https://sec.report/Document/0001462269-21-000001/

I believe that the maximum amount of investors have been reached per the joint stock company description which will eventually take $NEOM public.

https://www.upcounsel.com/example-of-a-joint-...pany-today

The 3/10/2021 form 4 offering, totals 49M. The debt & IP associated with the $NEOM shell is 43.5M. Quite coincidental! Or not?

Give or take any additional costs, this amount certainly would pave the way to accomplish the reverse merger goals. (unclear what company(s) move in) A good guess could be an energy company, as neom is currently in the build out stage. Another potential candidate could be a tech business utilizing the barcode technology and patents. The goal would be to get a revenue generating business as to complete multiple financial campaigns.

So this now leads me to why would the Saudis public investment fund or business partners want to pay for IP & debt associated with the dissolved company NeoMedia technologies.

NeoMedia technologies is a barcode technology company. Read company description for a greater understanding. My thoughts are the assigned NeoMedia patents align perfectly with the line NEOM 2030 initiative.

Reading through the patents will open your eyes to why they are very valuable. Also read up on barcodes as well as download NEOreader on the app store. If you aren't familiar with barcodes they seem to be popping up everywhere lately. Food, electronics etc.

https://patents.justia.com/assignee/neomedia-...logies-inc

So looking into the future, I have thoughts regarding the tech & barcode patents.

Connectivity and information transfer along with AI and machine learning is the spine of NEOM. Includes energy efficiency and carbon capture.

I foresee barcodes becoming the future for AI

With the advances in technology especially come 2030 I see barcodes directing information & instructions to robots. As the patents state barcodes can be on articles of Commerce. Since softbank owns a percentage of Boston dynamics & the Saudis are deeply involved this can be the future. Also with the advancement of Google glass or VR materials each human would be able to access data via barcodes as websites or info is transmitted via the internet instantly IOT. Every thing would pop up in front of your eyes. Overlays

Recently news rolled out of a 22B purchase of halolens 2 with the IVAS design to the US army from Microsoft. The overlay & information tech has huge warfare capabilities but with NEOM & the rise of the machines the capabilites will be embedded within come 2030. Huge exposure will continue & I believe NEOM will be at the forefront as things develop around VR.

Additionally Elon musk neurolink which would make information instant to humans is pretty much having a cellphone linked to the brain.

Again VR can play a huge role as well as things can be programmed in a parallel world.

NEOM will be the ultimate tech hub (silicon valley on steroids)

Furthermore,

Don't know if it's me becoming aware, but it seems many more QR codes have been introduced in the marketplace. Such as purchase receipts, dunking donuts window posters, & The eye catching one was the other day. Cryptocurrency related barcodes. Yup this will be absolutely huge imo. Most prevently used are (crypto) deposit & withdrawal addresses. Other thoughts which are triggered are (blockchain related) Security token offerings, Crowd funding, smart contract verification, NFTS, and documentation such as voter & vaccination IDs! Limitless to your imagination.

Not only imited to barcodes I would like to add the words "any machine-readable input." Words to consider include NFC, RFID, Glyphs, BLE (Bluetooth), magstripe, MP4 (audio) etc. All are machine-readable inputs which will participate in "directing information & instructions to robots." in the new future.

The Last thing I want to touch on is the NeoMedia technologies share structure prior to going dark.

Filing 3/03/2015 - 10K

https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=105...axcBwy3A3h

The filing has considerable information (possible have others review), but what caught my attention was Page 60. It appears that 90% of NeoMedia technologies were owned by insiders. 9 investors at the time who had 412,499,208 common shares 9.99% stakes. Where did the shares go? Do they still hold them? It may be possible only 10% is tradable. The share price moves rather quickly. My point is that the. MMs can be squeezed to oblivion if those shares are reinstated.

The theme here seems to be equal equity holders. Does that mean there is a tie to the 500B funded public investment fund closed joint-stock company named NEOM?  I tend to believe so!

What happened to those shares, did the Saudis buyback shares on the 1.6B share day. Do the Saudis own 51% and partners own the rest of the company? So many variables We can deduce further Imo by the end of the month.

I believe riches are upon us & the patient will reap the rewards. Many questions are left unanswered but I hope that everyone has a better understanding of what I believe is transpiring.

Like I stated before I have been in contact with an older shareholder of NeoMedia. He has enlightened me on some of the past dealings & developments some of which I have been told not to mention. The rabbit hole goes very deep here. Consider this additional information and hopefully make a more educated investment decision. I believe the rewards out way the potential loss. I believe YA Global has contacted the SEC regarding the NEOM shell (stop sign). If what we believe is happening, they definitely do not want to jeopardize the relationship & reverse merger.

These prices continue to be a gift & could scream north with any ounce of information (reinstatement.)

Good luck and I will leave you with this.....
