This is what I was getting at least night. The post seems genuine, but the guy is literally watching his father die, while having all sorts of new medical terminology thrown around him.
Someone on facebook says "leronlimab" and he's like "yeah, that sounds right", and we get all giddy again.
I've been hurt too many times!
