While I get what you are saying, the point Joe did make when he was on here a while ago was that everything internationally was on hold because of the GMP just like it was here in the US.
Then, when the GMP ended, they put out the PR stating they were moving forward with the IND to the FDA. The only mention concerning China was they would give an update on May 6th. A full month or more later.
The completion of the GMP was a kickstart to movement. The success of the test of prior was there. So, the pieces were done. So, I and I believe others expected news that the information was sent to China at the very least and they would then be providing an update. But not even that.
At least here we got a 'We are working on the IND'. We only got 'We will give an update on May 6th on China'.
