I think you’re reading it wrong. Yes he has lawyers and the SEC to deal with. Obviously they’re working with China. But he can’t put the press release until the news happens. It may be imminent. But if days away he can’t just say coming days at this point. It had to happen. And no one is saying wait until the CC. Just wait for the actual event to announce. You could moan about it numerous times a day, but if it’s not the day then they can’t announce anything.
