it's interesting because i've been talking to my wife about how the U.S. seems to be falling behind the rest of the world on many themes. for example, China just became the first country to categorize "internet addiction" as a medical disorder. How can they carry the flag on that, when we started all of the companies that are causing that *#$*? We also have fallen behind on green initiatives, banning dangerous chemicals (round-up) and other key items. I love my country, but i am baffled at how we seem to now be a 2nd world country when it comes to things like this.
so, am i surprised that other countries are jumping on this groundbreaking treatment ahead of the U.S.? no, i'm not. it's just a bummer.
