What if what happened before the offering happens after the offering within a few weeks?

For every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction. In other words, if object A exerts a force on object B, then object B also exerts an equal force on object A. Notice that the forces are exerted on different objects.
Keep in mind the fundamentals didn't go down. If anything they keep going up.
So if there is an object A that force (short) on object B (share price), then object B also exerts an equal force on object A.
The force is one of the variables in this equation which may dictate a time element

The timing of the news releases and product announcements over the coming few months would suggest that not only is that this is possible, but probable the share price won't just bounce back, but likely go much higher with the signing of a bunch of customers on Verb Live and Microsoft.
Also keep in mind the company now has a lot of cash and fully funded which also influences the valuation.
