"DSMC is doing its job properly with other biotechs but not CytoDyn? Time to get the US Supreme Court to allow us to sue the FDA!
The DSMC is hand chosen by the company and reports to the company. The FDA has nothing to do with CYDY’s DSMS besides the FDA had established protocols for how DSMCs are established, function, etc.
