From what I understand, the Philippines won't issu

From what I understand, the Philippines won't issue an EUA until it is issued first by the country of origin or by another country with the similar regulatory arm. So the US, Canada or UK would have to issue one first before they would consider it. Please correct me if this is wrong info but that is how I understand it. Just trying to clarify peoples perceptions so we keep things in perspective.
