Great post. Clients converting from free trials to full-price, long-term subscriptions is pretty much the best validation you can have.
And if these initial testers are seeing so much value from LIVE that they are ready to pay full price for it, there is a good chance that a significant part of the rest of Verb's direct sales clients will do the same. According to the 10-k Verb has 140 enterprise clients and 1.93mil downloads, which means a huge opportunity just from the existing client base.
But as you mentioned, this is just a tiny customer segment for one of Verb's products. The total revenue potential is beyond enormous.
However, the potential doesn't matter much if the company can't show a credible path how to realize it. And that is why these first big LIVE customer wins are so important for Verb, they are an important confirmation to potential customers and investors.
