I too am frustrated with the FDA and no EUA for critical patients and the possibility or probability of BP influence upon the FDA and/or SP and hedge funds/MMs.
However, the possibility also remains that the FDA has been heavily influenced by the small number of just 62 critical patients in our s/c trial? What do you think?
I have written that after adding our eIND results and m/m trial and Dr P and other doctors' optimism, that an EUA should be issued.
Regardless, a new trial with 4 doses will be expensive and will take several months of waiting as ffolks continue dying folks and we investors wait wait.
The FDA REALLY SHOULD GIVE US AN EUA NOW.
