Sorry for all the false hope the vaccine has created. It wont do shit for us by itself. Everyones best chance against covid is to eat healthy, exercise, and take supplements that have been mentioned many times on this board.
D3, Zinc, K2, Monolaurin, and lysine are all good starts.
No one is responsible for our health but us. If you were dealt a bad hand (like I was) due to genetics you must be extra vigilant.
Stay healthy and safe everyone. I knew the FDA would drag their feet on therapeutics to get their coveted vaccines. Well the vaccines are not going to work any time soon and it is actually creating a false sense of protection against the coming variants leading to increasingly risky behavior by those vaccinated
