Good evening good people, Figgs, I hate to be t

Figgs, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your premise here and its conclusion does not stand up to historical precedent, and worse to the actual disjointed and confused public health intervention on the ground. This has been the case now for well over a year. To expect some sudden change in approach (the AR-15 is still considered a legal "hunting rifle" by Congress and federal courts with only 7 states with current ad hoc bans in effect) would be somewhat less than naive.
Sideways and back again!
This is the American slogan in its public health fight against coronavirus and COVID-19. The virus does not care about billions of OWS tax funded dollars shifted to BP. It does not care about mask on, wait mask off, wait mask on again flip flops by A Guy Called Anthony. It does not care who is POTUS, SCOTUS or who lives in Gracie Mansion for that matter. The issue was never coronavirus wild type, not after wfh policies, lock downs and school closings. The issue was ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS what we are and have been dealing with now: variants, more variants and even more DEADLY variants.
And to quote an ineloquent Alaskan: "how's that workin' out fer yuh?"
This is where we are. This is where Spain, UK, Brazil, Italy, Sweden and many, many others are today. Coronavirus and COVID-19 isn't going anywhere, anytime soon. In fact, we should all expect a much deadlier set of variants to dominate the wild virus, which is what we are seeing here in key, "open" states. The folly of a general anesthetic "vaccine" that does not inoculate and was rushed to market versus having a focused 3 pronged attack of vaccines + theraputics + wfh is about to take a one helluva bite out of any "back to normal" and "July 4th barbecue plans". I won't even mention what Mr. Market's reaction will be when he wakes up to the new "new" reality of the preceding.
Stay safe good people,
