agree the most likely reason is co-morbidities that prevented the other treatments.
wouldn't it be just like leronlimab's luck if the reason that these 75 patients were treated with leronlimab is that they were just too sick to be allowed to take any other drug? The physicians wanted to treat them but they were too sick for dexamethasone, too sick for HCQ, too sick for remdesivir. But the physician checks out Leronlimab. Eureka! Leronlimab is totally safe. Let's try that!
while the co-mobidity theory of these special 75 patients seems like an obvious choice, the Montefiore patients suggest that Leronlimab works best on the sickest of the sick. If memory serves, most of the Montefioree patients were kidney transplant recipients.
