Craig. I am usually very confused after reading most CYDY PR's as well, but in this case I may be able to offer an explanation to help alleviate your confusion.
The title actually says,
"...Initiatives and Expected Regulatory Filings with the U.S., U.K., Canada, Philippines and Brazil"
The key word is "initiatives" which I believe is taken in the context of they have initiated the filing for some countries of the 5 listed and are expecting to file for others among those 5 countries. The body goes on to clarify which countries have been filed and which ones are to be filed.
My other question is that does the company have to report regulatory filings for drug authorization/approvals in an 8-K?
