OSINT machine is slow after the morning run. We’ll see what the CC brings, but “conditional EUA” is not an official FDA title (I didn’t locate that title anywhere in the EUA guidelines). CYDY either gets an EUA or they don’t, and from what we know now, the FDA initially recommended against an EUA for CD12 per NP’s comments. The delay with CD16 could be tied to an EUA, which would be very exciting, but I expect a PR when the EUA is filed, so it likely hasn’t happened yet.
