So I assuming you mean without preapproval?… To put an even finer point on the logic tree I think it’s been whittled down to this…
1. If Nader didn’t file he is an abject liar... should be removed and may be investigated.
2. If no preapproval for EUA then he is doing a Hail Mary which in my opinion will not end well.
3. He did get a preapproval which will result in an EUA balloons fall out of the ceiling share price goes to 10… Thoughts?
