There are a lot of waste of time suits in the US
Post# of 32626
I like the ones that aren't a waste of time personally
How do you know you are in deep do-do?
When the plaintiff IS the SEC coming after an individual poster
Keep in mind, there are a few posters left living in da nile that say that can't happen
Here's just one of many examples to show they are wrong...
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/202...20-128.pdf
Even TinyTim isn't untouchable
https://www.valuewalk.com/2020/08/timothy-syk...d-trading/
They all get sued. It's not a matter of if, but when
TinyTim didn't have to 'borrow' someone's technology if he did
Teddie could have rewrote it in less than 1000 lines of code
You ever noticed that the pro board posters are much more careful these days
I don't mean pro stocks, I mean the people that do it for a living
Not professional traders as anyone that does that for a living wouldn't look at these boards
Speaking of looking
Here's a well kept secret
Ever since the volume picked up on Verb in December, the number of viewers on the penny stock boards fell off
Kind of counterintuitive one might think, eh?
Do you know why?
On this board, usually there would be 2-3% of viewers that would post
Kind of scary since that is what 'they' bank on
You know, apathy or I guess we are defeated again spirit
5-10% of viewers that liked posts
90-95% of viewers that take the board and posters for granted
About 300-400 viewers per day
Except prior to blocking me it would be 75K+ views if that meter was correct
Crazy huh?
Too much attention I guess
Too much ad revenue...
Who da heck needs that?
So now boards are lucky to get a few hundred views
I say lucky because before, it was more bashers/flippers, than longs
Now it's mostly longs with a few loose squirrels and one not so kurtious ex employee that doesn't have the balls and/or case to bring is grievances to court
Dear Judge Judy...
Not going to get a good past employer job reference now, eh
I guess if one is unemployed the last 2 years, it's hard to make a case they were wrong for canning someone
Now any investors that feels they were harmed by your post could share your posts with any future employer legally and respectfully
I guess that could be said for anyone that posts on social media
Seems these days of cancel culture, lot o people losing their jobs when posts, tweets, etc are brought forwards whether one thinks it's fair or not
So in Summary
Since daily volume took off in December, most flippers, BWers, LordsofCrap I-V have been deleted or moved on to other prey stocks
What is left is a handful of grandfathered wannabes, fired ex financial advisors and a rumored past employee that couldn't cut it
Despite the claims by perpetrators that you can't, I just showed that anonymous posters can and do get sued for cheating and lying even by the SEC and can post plenty more
Mostly longs on the board s now
Here's the kicker...
I documented it all in a series of posts over the last few years without you realizing the reason
Imagine if someone didn't tell me to document it, I wouldn't have had this musical journey with all of you
Imagine if iHang wasn't around and there was just a board with a convicted owner, where would have this stock been?
If only TinyTim and the rest of the bottom fillers were buying instead of 'allegedly' stealing
What a world this would be...
