Not clear to me (not a legal expert by any stretch of the imagination) if it means the total will be 75.000 or 76.000 I guess it's 75k based on the last sentence

In fairness, this might be cheaper than paying for legal consultants to rewrite company governance... And the case is dismissed with prejudice so it should never come back to bite us in the arse
