If the threshold is a "preponderance of evidence", I agree. Difficult not to.
I have suspected the same for some time and concluded:
If they exclude LL, then the other threshold of "beyond a shadow of a doubt" will have been crossed.
What else makes sense? I see no other alternative. Do you?
