It's a pink elephant, all in the imagination. If the FDA insists on RO tests and we can't provide them then the two options are 1. Redo the entire trial. 2. Sue them until they feel the flames from the fiery pits of hell.
ps. Number one is not an option.
pss. Between the lawsuit and a completely independent board of scientists looking at the BLA and weighing in we just might get enough publicity to force a Congressional inquiry. There are quite a few Congress people now who have no love for Big Pharmaceutical concerns.
