The Philippines is different since Chiral is involved and had the application as of Sunday night ready to submit to the P-FDA with the assurance that the request to use LL would be granted upon receipt of the application.
This is how NP relayed to us based on his interpretation of what he heard (from Chiral) so applying the NP-Laplace-Transform results in a projected timeline to update of within 2 weeks.
