Probably Patrick Soon-Shiong of Nantkwest. Supposedly the richest man in Los Angeles. He really wants to be know for medical breakthroughs. I don't know if I would trust him.
He bought up Aldoxorubicine from Cytrx and is using it in a cocktail with stem cells and other things. But the Aldoxy didn't need to be mixed with anything to yield fantastic results against cancer and should have been quite cheap. I think he wanted Aldoxy to pull the weight for all the other expensive crap in the cocktail.
He is a friend of Giuliani's too.
He just bought up ImmunityBio and is trialing a SARS2 cocktail. Again, an approach that seems hugely expensive. Does he want to add Leronlimab to his cocktail? Wouldn't surprise me!
