As far as unanswered questions go:
What was the purpose of the blackout period? Was it related to the “discussions” with the reg agencies or was it related to the lawsuit being settled?
And what was it they discussed for 10 days with the FDA? Seems what we learned on Friday and Saturday could have been resolved sooner.
I thought today’s CC was a pleasant surprise. I expected a shitstorm or a rehashed song and dance. Instead, I came away feeling more positive. It has been tough, but I think management is getting more wise to how this approval game is played. I think they will get an indication across the goal line soon and revenue will finally be realized.
