Where/when do you draw the line on spilled milk /assigned blame and accountability??
When do shortcomings/(failures) by amarex with trial designs and BLA technical assistance result in getting the right people/company to do the job correctly. Are they not paid??
When do the shortcomings (failures) by NP (et al) in approval of poor trial designs, poorly written,data lacking BLA's held accountable for poor performance?? By millions in salary, millions of shares of stock (unjust enrichment lawsuit ring a bell??)
We were told in 2017 the BLA would be submitted in "1st qtr of 2018/ 1st half of 2018 for sure"--you realize it is 2021?? You realize how many more millions in salary and shares of stock??
Any comment on the millions of shares for "prosta gene" purchase?? Who authorized that decision??
Remember when the FDA rec'd a look at 75% & include 42 day data?? Who said no ??
When does "no need to point fingers,assign blame" become --thats no way to run a company, you need to be held accountable for your job performance like most people??
