Is it published? If accurate it would have been published in "Lancet" or the "New England Journal of Medicine in March 2020. It was not, or the report would have been hailed. It was not. We all would have observed the current manufactures scramble to be the first. The article you provided has no greater value or impact on the world and the medical community.
It is of equal impact that Provida19 has isolated the COVID-19 virus. You get the point. It is not published because it has yet to be isolated. There is no published "Independent animal study".
Watch for an outbreak of "EBOLA" in the USA. These injections make the folks that get them more susceptible to it.
