If Nader did say that, it would be in direct contradictionto Janet Woodcock's recent comments that they won't sweat the details because people are dying.
Nader makes so many communication mistakes that its not possible to rely on his comments, especially the nuanced point that "by law the FA can only approve EUA if p value hit on primary endpoint". That comment has so many implicit conditionals its unlikely to the point of impossible that Nader got it correct.
