I really hope Doc isn't having to rely on a stimulus bill to launch this conglomerate.
It wasn't even unveiled to February. Doc had no way to know what would be in it when he said all on track for Q1.
I know everyone is looking for anything to help Doc launch. Who knows why he hasn't or what he is waiting for
