Marisa DalPan, DOM
Marisa DalPan is a Florida licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine. A graduate of Smith College, Marisa completed her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (NY) and is nationally board certified (NCCAOM) in Acupuncture, Herbology, and Oriental Medicine. In addition, she has completed certifications in Cancer Care Acupuncture (Memorial Sloan Kettering NY); Nutrition/Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), and Parama BodyTalk mind- body medicine.
As a practitioner, she has experience working in hospitals, community clinics, multi- disciplinary health centers, and corporate wellness, while also maintaining a private practice (in person and virtual wellness) in the metropolitan Miami area since 2004. An advocate for integrative medicine; she believes traditional therapies combined with allopathic medicine and technological advances offer a dynamic healthcare model. Committed to the study and practice of traditional medicine and its applications in 21 st century healthcare, Marisa is a graduate level instructor of Oriental Medicine dedicated to training the next generation of practitioners.
Dorit Arad, Ph.D, (Principal Investigator, NLC Pharma)
CTO and founder NLC Pharma, CEO, CEO and Founder of MDSURE LTD., is a scientist and an entrepreneur in the field of chemistry biotechnology and system biology. Dr, Arad finished her Ph.D., in the field of Physical organic chemistry at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and started her career in mechanism – based drug design in UCSF with Dr. Peter Kollman. The subject of her postdoc – studying the HRV viral enzyme 3C – stayed with her along her whole career. She became an assistant professor at Tel Aviv University in the department of Biotechnology, and then served as Executive VP of Drug design at eXegenics Inc., in Dallas Texas where she developed the Quantum Core Technology (QCT) – mechanism-based drug design technology focusing on the 3C protease. She then founded the company MND Diagnostics in Israel, that developed rapid diagnostic test for SARS and other viruses.

In 2011 Dr, Arad founded MDSURE LTD. with a focus on constructing metabolic profiles for cancer patients, affording a personalized approach to Oncology Nutrition, with the goal of ‘starving’ the cancer based on the metabolic profile results.
When COVID19 emerged Dr. Arad founded NLC Pharma, based on the accumulated knowledge, achievements and advancements in rapid diagnostics and drug design, coupled with the desire to find a solution to prevent the spread and community closure caused by the virus. NLC Pharma entered into a collaboration agreement with Todos Medical in June 2020, with the goal of bringing solutions of drugs and rapid diagnostics into the market in need.
Dr. Arad published more than 50 papers in peer reviewed journals, and has filed more than 40 patents.
