When you have a pre-REV. Company with a staff of 18 including doctors.... and Indian Chiefs...DIVERSITY is NOT at the TOP of your list...COMPETENCE and the willingness to press forward daily is on top of the chart. The CEO is pretty diverse to begin the process.
