I do agree that getting rid of this issue will help but Look at their current board structure... Dr Kelly is essentially the chairman of the board, chief medical director and head of business development. Doesn’t seem like the fox is guarding the hen house?
Also Nasdaq now looks for diversity on the board... hmmm I do not see any diversity what so ever...just food for thought as we wait.
