Why aren’t you just asking Joe if you’re confused by the process?
From the recent CC: “That's a good question. Our investment bank, Dawson James, will be making all of those decisions now. The beautiful thing about where we are, we've completed our last component for listing NuGenerex Immuno- Oncology, which is a public company now, listing that on the NASDAQ stock exchange. As everyone knows, our application is in; the last piece they were waiting for was out by evaluation work, which is complete, that was turned over to the NASDAQ, given to them with our new cap table after we re-architected our capital structure. And we're just waiting for them to hopefully give us a pre-approval so we can go to market; and that would be up to the Dawson James on how they're going to handle all that.”
Sounds like Generex did all of their work and are awaiting for Nasdaq and their bank to clear the path.
