Just confirming. In that case, it has been 7

In that case, it has been 7 weeks today since Joe PRed the receipt of the $500MM valuation. There is a chance he had it for a few days (or even longer) before he let us know, but we know he has had it at least that long.
In the same PR, Joe said these two sentences:
"I will update everyone on our progress and timing on the NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology Nasdaq listing now that our third-party valuation analysis has been completed with a value estimated at over $500 million. This third-party valuation report is the last piece of information required to enable us to set the price per share to meet the standards for the Nasdaq."
First sentence: We really didn't get much of an update on the call regarding the listing, let alone any timing info. And we were unable to ask Qs. So we are very much in the dark on this most important item. The best we've gleaned is a calculation of a mid-March IPO by watching videos Joe did with small-time guys instead of PRing something directly to us.
Second sentence: This "last piece of information" has been in Joe's hands for at least 7 weeks. We presume there has been progress made. And his indirect telegraphing of info to us through the videos "confirms" this.
Presumably, if all the work is done, NGIO could be trading less than a week from when Joe makes an announcement. Yet we still have no news of "setting the price per share to meet the standards for the Nasdaq" or any other information about it at all in these last 7 weeks.
So the question is this: At what point do we get concerned that maybe there is an issue with the IPO or its timing? Mid-March is approaching very quickly, and we literally have heard nothing.
Maybe everything is moving along in the background, and mid-March is still reasonable. But we know what we get when we assume, especially in GNBT-world. So at some point in the next week or two, it will be hard to ignore radio silence and assume all is well. With our lack of cash and options to raise it, this is simply too important of a matter to not get right and not get completed in the next month, IMO.
