The issue I believe he has, which is a fair issue to have.
As of today. it is pure Speculation (this board doesn't like to speculate I am told) that the QMC Healthid HAS BEEN used with any of the 2 billion dollar worth of test Innova has sold in the UK.
Whether it be IBM or QMC other than a licensing payment as of today no other payments have occurred.as far as we can prove.
Logic would back this as part of the Pasaca deal pointed out here when to pay back a 3 promissory notes and 1.5million dollar loan?
If QTMM were getting paid from Innova any significate amount, why would QTMM need a loan.
