How will Health ID be monetized? I see nothing that indicates that QTMM will be taking a piece of Innova’s test sales revenues. Discussion of using quantum dots as a test ingredient is interesting, but I’ve seen no deal where that has been authorized by the FDA or any other regulatory agency from another country, is part of a development deal between QTMM and Innova, or is anywhere near being submitted for approval. So, will Health ID be charging for its app? Will it be charging the end user, the test manufacturer, the government, or come combination of the three.
QMC HEALTHID QMCH
...makes money bundled with Innova's tests. Innova paid a down payment on revenues due QMCH. The payment is a minimum payment, not a maximum. We don't know how much Innova owes QMCH for past service yet because we don't know the details of the deal, but you can safely assume we all will know when the company catches up the SEC Quarterlies.
QMCH is a DLT Blockchain SaaS - Software as a Service! As such a country or company would pay a licensing fee, just as they would to IBM, for the ability to get onto the DLT and any customization, including rebranding to their name, like the IBM Covid test tracking app, just as an example. Doesn't matter what it's called, it still is the QMCH DLT APP.
If you are a country or company you have to track test results or you never learn anything you really need and want to know. They all need QMCH along with the tests. Test manufacturers have the responsibility to make their tests easy to use with an app, by the country/company and the tested. There is a responsibility to make the test process secure by preventing counterfeit tests, and securing both the supply chain of test components and their transport end to end, and validating and authenticating user and test at logon.
QMC HEALTHID DOES ALL THAT.
IBM would get paid for all that, so why would anyone believe QMCH Is not getting paid? Both companies are licensing use of their app and both have an ecosystem of services that enhance it's use and value. Why would anyone think QMCH would not get paid for providing similar services that IBM gets paid for? We just don't know how much QMCH will get paid, but just remember, a minimum is not a maximum or it would be called the maximum.
Innova has earned $2 Billion Dollars in sales to only the UK. What's QMCH earned from those sales? What would IBM have charged providing an app and services similar to QMCH? No doubt, a lot!
Worried about future earnings?
Innova will soon be making 50 million tests/day and says they can sell all they make. That's 1.5B tests/month and at $4/test, $6 Billion/month. Answer me, how much QMCH will be due from that?
That's not all. Each time someone takes the test, they access QMCH. QMCH is a SaaS, so will get paid, just for example, a penny, each time a test is used. How many pennies are 50 million? How many pennies are 1.5 billion a month? IDK, but pretty soon we're talking real money, right,?
We just don't know how much $$$, and we are waiting to hear but only trolls and idiots would deny it will be big.
