Before I retired, I had a team of Project Managers

Basically, this was my job for over the last 7 or so years before I decided to retire. We worked with many different companies in many different fields. But the principles of Project Management and dealing with projects are always the same and the understanding that timetables can always be adjusted due to events happening.
That being said, we also had in each project plan the steps that needed to occur, outline, how many hours it takes, budget, who is responsible for doing it, meetings to discuss, updates and overuns. This was in the project team itself, then that gets reported to the upper management, etc on a bi-weekly or weekly report as well or internal meeting with upper management.
Everyone knows what's going on from start to finish. All the processes. It's the way it is.
Communication is the key in everything. Do shareholders need to know every little detail? No. Do shareholders need to know an accurate timeline when they are told one thing several times? yes. It doesn't mean they need a specific date, what it means, is if there is a process that needs to be done, outline the full process, don't leave out details that would add possible weeks to a timeline for results when you say 7-10 days you will have the results.
I think probably the biggest complaint has always been communication. I don't think anyone questions the science. Generex / NGIO certainly has the science here, it's the delivery of the message when we hear one thing and then we are told something a 'bit' different than what was originally told. It happens again and again.
I really hope and this is not an attack because I am so burned out now on being frustrated, I just really hope the communication gets way better and we start getting accurate communication from the company and we are not on a communication rollercoaster anymore. I can wait, I have been waiting for over 2 years now. Many of you have waited so much longer than I have, but I really want Generex / NGIO to succeed, I can have a bit more patience, but I just want better communication to go along with it.
