"So show me the previous skills in the current management team that has the capabilities to to spot and choose a sales leader , develop a sales program , and most importantly , build a first class sales team with relationships required to penetrate the markets they need to be in. You yourself are saying it’s difficult and I agree. I have built a sales organization from scratch. It takes a long time to get them Up to speed and be highly affective."
Current management doesn't need the skills to run a big pharma. They need the skills to get a few approvals and the wisdom to know when to walk away wealthy. Often problematic in its own right. I've never known a company where there wasn't a discussion of management issues at one time or another. Probably are some, but Apple certainly wasn't one of them and that turned out ok. Going from a pre-rev OTC to a Fortune 500 is a hell of a bumpy road for most any company and if CYDY is heading in that direction they will encounter plenty of potholes in that road. To expect less is not very realistic. If at some point the road is just too bumpy for some passengers they will choose to get out. Hopefully they will do so with a fat brokerage account. In addition, becoming a BP is not an issue right now. Approvals and revenue are the issues and good CD-12 data will likely solve both. I think current management is quite capable of bringing us good data, perhaps they have accomplished it already and we just don't know about it yet. Besides, I've placed my bet, my chips are on the table and I have no intention of pulling them back at this time. To mix another metaphor I got on this horse knowing full well it was likely to buck some, maybe even throw me off and at my age I don't bounce as well as I used to, but it appears to be one hell of a horse and I'm expecting one hell of rewarding ride. If I do get bucked off it my own fault for get on the damn thing knowing it could buck. The horse is just being a horse.
