Vyera may or may not be our distributor. I remember that their were performance standards that could dissolve the agreement. They were suppose to pay our substantial filing fee as I remember it also. Part of the agreement. Most agreements have time period sunset causes that expire after a certain time period when not initiated. Subject to new negotiations because of time lapse possibly or just dissolved. What I am trying to say is we might have an out from Vyera pharmaceutical. If we do and even if we don’t I imagine Nader wanting to build his own big Pharma will include every position needed in sales and education and even lobbyists. Why would we try to reinvent the wheel when there are many wheels to copy and improve upon. I can’t tell you enough about how happy I am that Nader committed to building his own BIG PHARMACEUTICAL company. It’s like a dream come true.

You can say negative things about Nader all you want but the one true thing I believe is there isn’t enough money likely to be offered to buy us out. You can say there is but I won’t listen. I love that Nader believes we should already be a 3 digit stock price or close to it.

In the future to be able to grow with every indication we trial that succeeds is a dream. So many indications and so many future BLA’s. That’s just my opinion and I am sticking to it!!! Love that Nader!
