Sure, it's the "quiet period" (purely speculated/no empirical evidence for), and the purported cause of the theoretical quiet period (NASDAQ) that are tenuous.
They can just do a secondary offering at whim... There's several million shares authorized out there, 5-6 mil shares is a drop in the bucket.
