You mean like mentioning something that NP mentioned during a CC or ProActive video that they might do?
Something he said along the lines of: If necessary, they would raise the minimal necessary funds required to uplist to NASDAQ via a very small offering. And, the number he used as an example was indeed very small.
To me, that would be something remotely plausible.
